Windsurfing is my life
There isn't anything I love more then windsurfing. I'm on the water everyday, even when there's hardly any wind. To show this we decided to make this video. During six days with wind conditions and gusts ranging between 0 to 60 knots competitors from all over the world, pulled out all their best tricks on the clear blue water in front of the packed beach in Porto Pollo for the much craved title of Starboard Prokids World Champion Freestyle 2009.

My parents take me to all kinds of spots in the world to windsurf, but one of my favorite ones is Bonaire. Offcourse because it's beautifull, but so is Aruba where I am from and Curacao where I live, no Bonaire is special to me because I learned my first move there "The Gecko" and I have many friends there who are one of the best windsurfers in the world. They have welcomed me in their midst and I love dancing on the water with them, it's such an honor. One day I hope to become just as great as they are.

Like most other Windsurfers I'm a big fan of Sarah-Quita and Kiri Thode, what great role models to look up to. They are both amazing people both on the water and off. Since I'm from Aruba I've had the great privilige to see Sarah-Quita do her stuff live and I am proud to call her my friend. The same goes for Kiri who I joined several times on the water in Bonaire during my many vacations there the last few years and during the Starboard Prokids World Freestyle Championships 07 and 08. In The Prokids 2009 Worldchampionship in Sardinia I won first place in my category U13 and third place in the U15 category.
